I moved to Bracken’s Erie Insurance Agency in July 2023. I have home, auto and an umbrella policy with them. I called the Valley City office based off an Internet search and spoke with Rita. Rita was so professional, knowledgeable, and responsive that I had all quotes and questions answered within the day. Thankfully, I have had no claims, but Rita made the move from my past insurance company to Erie Insurance seamless and easy. Give them a look if you are shopping around!
